Each and every item we sell is beautifully packaged, ready to present to your loved one.   All our items of Diamond jewellery are delivered in a stunning jewellery presentation case.   The style of this presentation box varies. 

Delivery

At Adamas Antique Jewellery we wish for your special purchases to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore, delivery will be made by Royal Mail, Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

In case the delivery is delayed due to some unforeseen reasons, we would be glad to help you with sorting it out. However, once the goods are dispatched from our showroom, it is the sole responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver it to the customers.

For rings which have been ordered in a different size to that which is advertised, we will contact you to discuss and advise on delivery times.

International Shipping

Note: - Items delivered outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping charges apply to all international purchases. Price will be quoted based on value, destination and location availability by carrier. Not all locations have shipping available.

Please note that if shipping outside the UK, import duty and country specific taxes may apply which are beyond our control.

Monday to Thursday before 3pm : Despatched Same Day / Expected Next Day Delivery (8am-1pm)

Friday before 3pm : Despatched Same Day / Expected Delivery Saturday/Monday * (8am-1pm)

Please Note:

Delivery times are extended over bank holidays and maybe extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions that are beyond our control.

  • These delivery services are irrespective of the number of items ordered and weight.
  • Orders are dispatched and delivered on Monday through Saturday, except bank holidays.
  • Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
  • A signature is required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the post office will leave a calling card allowing you to arrange for redelivery or collection.

Non-Delivery

If after 2 working days from dispatch your order has still not been received, and you have received no notification of an attempted delivery, please send an email to
info@adamasantiquefinejewellery.co.uk or via our contact form which is found on this site and we will be happy to help you.

We ask that you ensure you report any items not received within 2 days of the item being dispatched as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item.

Combating Online Fraud

To help fight online fraud Adamas Jewellery is pro-active in recognising fraudulent transactions, our checks are essential and completed for each and every transaction to protect the security of both our customers and our business.

From time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order, where possible we will endeavour to conduct our security checks.
