Return Policy

At Adamas Antique Jewellery we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. Our full returns policy is detailed below:

Items can be returned direct to Adamas Antique Jewellery within 14 days from the date of despatch.

Please include the original receipt.

Adamas Antique Jewellery cannot accept returns of earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we have received the items you will then be given a credit note or an exchange.

When returning items to us, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to Adamas Antique Jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

The item must be returned with ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL INCLUDING THE BOX otherwise NO refunds will be given and shipped insured and tracked as it has been received.

All Shipping costs are none refundable. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN RE-SIZED, ALTERED, DAMAGED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANYWAY.

Returned International packages MUST be clearly marked -RETURNED GOODS – to avoid Customs Charges.

In the event of Customs Charges we will insist the buyer covers this charge until the right to appeal is completed.

Any item that has been resized to tailor your requirements is non-refundable.

We cannot offer a refund on any ring that has been resized by us or another party.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Please note that it is the duty of international buyers to be responsible for any and all custom fees, duties, VAT tax, local tax, levies that is required by your country. Please also be aware of imposed import restrictions of your country.

PLEASE NOTE – the returns policy above applies to purchases made online and in store.

Misrepresentations

Unless otherwise stated, any sizing and colour assessments attributed to Diamonds and coloured Gemstones are necessarily determined without disturbing the integrity of the piece; therefore, assessments represent close approximations, due to limitations imposed by the mount.

We will not consider the opinion of any other 3rd party other than a qualified and experienced gemologist / antique jewellery expert. Should you feel that your item has been misrepresented then please return the item within 14 days and we will pay for an independent assessment to be carried out.

If the item has been proven to be misrepresented you will get a full refund and your shipping refunded.
