Description

A fabulous and exquisite Edwardian Ruby and Diamond gypsy ring, Circa 1910.

The ring is beautifully set in 18 carat yellow Gold which is in stunning condition, as you will see from the pictures.

The three deep rich red Rubies shares the stage with 0.40 carats of superb old cut Diamonds.

The old cut Diamonds sparkle and glisten with immense beauty to make an exceptionally fantastic ring to own and treasure.

The princess cut Rubies are very distinct.

To the reverse the Diamonds and Rubies are set in open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through for that extra sparkle.

These wonderful gemstones are all in a secure extended prong setting, with a hand engraved design work to the shoulders which was typical of the era.

Finely handcrafted in 18 carat Gold with trumpet detailing to the shoulders leading to a plain band shank.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

Rings of this type are highly collectable and are sought after worldwide.
