Description

The regards ring is a 19th century love or sentimental ring, dates Circa 1970's.

The first letter of each gemstone spells "REGARDS" (R)uby, (E)merald, (G)arnet, (A)mythest, (R)uby, (D)iamond.

"Regards" forms part of the phrase "With my Regards" of "I highly regard you" meaning that your loved ones holds you very close to their heart.

Very unique ring in the way that the gemstones are set with a framework of ornate Gold balls as a further detail leading to wave shoulder detail.

Beautifully and expertly handcrafted in 9 carat Gold.

The ring is in excellent condition for a piece of antique jewellery of 40+ years old, with minor signs of wear commensurate with age and use.

A very pretty ring that holds a lovely and romantic message.

Looks fabulous when worn.
