An impressive Georgian inspired marquise Opal ring set in 9 carat Gold.

The centre houses three oval fiery Opals and are surrounded by 22 circular Opals and held in the setting with an open back.

Wonderful colours play across the Opals which is sure to be a real eye catcher.

"Navette" refers to the shape of the face: like an eye or marquis cut. It was an immensely popular shape for brooches, rings and pendants from the beginning of the Georgian period (1714) to the end of the Victorian (1901).

The setting is simple with chevron shaped shoulders which adds to the charm of the ring.

Opal is a stone of protection, faithfulness and loyalty.

This ring looks fabulous when worn.
