Description

This is a very attractive Aquamarine and Diamond hinged bangle beautifully handcrafted in 9 carat Gold.

Made with a very attractive scroll heart design edging, this beautiful bangle is set with 13 vibrant Aquamarines and interspaced with twinkling Diamonds.

Set with 13 modern Brilliant Round Cut Aquamarines, largest centre stone measures 5 mm x 5 mm then tapers off to each side to the smallest stone  of 3mm x  3mm.

There are 24 Brilliant Cut Diamonds which showcases the Aquamarines beautifully which are set in a fluted design.

Ancient sailors travelled with Aquamarine crystals, believing that it would ensure a safe passage, and guarantee a safe return,  they often slept with the stones under their pillow to ensure sound sleep.  They believed the siren’s (mermaid) fish-like lower body was made of Aquamarine.
