Once in a while a ring of a lifetime appears……a seriously special ring. A gorgeous example of an antique Art Deco era Circa 1930's ring of exceptional beauty.

A trilogy of old cut Diamonds are beautifully presented in a Platinum claw settings. Their crisp, broad facets reflect light in a mirror like way, and they speak to the Old World lapidary tradition, which would have had these hand cut.

Early Diamond cutters (today known as bruters) shaped old mine cut Diamonds by following the octahedral shape of the diamond crystal, laboriously grinding two Diamonds together to achieve the desired shape, and a diamond polisher then polished the facets.

Due to the shape of the rough and because the Diamonds were hand crafted, dimensions varied from stone to stone.

This made every old mine cut Diamond unique, or put poetically, have its own personality.

The center stone weighs 0.75 carats and the two outer stones each weigh 0.40 carats. a total combined weight of 1.55 carats.

These Diamonds have exceptional shimmer and glisten with immense sparkle and brilliance.

The 18 carat white Gold split shoulder detailing are set with extra Diamonds for that added extra sparkle!
