Supremely beautifully. The gorgeous and glowing natural one carat Ceylon Sapphire is the perfect cornflower blue with bright flashes of indigo. Rubover and milgrain set.

The Sapphire is surrounded by fourteen high white old eight cut sparkling Diamonds leading to a further six old eight cut Diamonds on the shoulders for that extra sparkle!
