Dearest rings are a great reminder of a time gone by, as the meaning of this ring and the combinations of the gemstones is still as romantic today, as when this ring was made well over 100 years ago.

This Dearest ring is a romantic ring in which the initial letter of the gemstones spells the word 'Dearest':  Diamond, Emerald,  Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Tourmaline.

These wonderful gemstones are all old mine hand cut.  Circa 1910.

This Edwardian antique Dearest ring is made in luxurious 18 carat yellow Gold, and the setting is so delightful, as is the hand engraving on the shoulders.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.  

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

To the reverse the gemstones are set in open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through for that extra sparkle.

This is a great example of understated elegance with the emphasis on beauty and quality.

In excellent condition with a fabulous hallmark.

The quality and workmanship of this ring is above anything else.
