Wonderful Victorian Sterling Silver chain collar necklace locket Circa 1870-90s Birmingham.

Necklace is adorned with applied cannonballs and a double link design.

Locket has an organic motif with foliate decoration finished with a recess of leaves with plain Silver to the reverse.

The locket opens to reveal two areas where a photograph or keepsake could be stored.

To the reverse the locket is plain.

This locket closes and latches nicely and securely with nice "click"!

This wonderful piece is suspended by an 16 inch ribbed detail belcher chain.

A perfectly lovely Victorian treasure which is sure to become understated collectibles for a true connoisseur.
