A wonderful Edwardian Opal and Diamond ring, pure beauty created by the earth and elevated by craftsmen.

The three well matched oval cut Opals colour displays are predominantly green with burnt orange flashes.

They are divided by four old mined hand cut sparkling Diamonds.

Finely handcrafted in 18 carat Gold with trumpet detailing to the shoulders leading to a plain band shank.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. The most amazing and practical low setting with a smooth surface that won't catch.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

Circa 1900s the ring is in excellent condition especially for its age with all the original stones and no repairs.

Opals were very popular stones in the Victorian period. Queen Victoria gave her daughters Opals for wedding gifts as they symbolised hope.

A ring that is sure to attract many admiring glances.
