Description

This is a stunning, unique and sizable pretty French Arts and Crafts Blister Pearl, Ruby and Diamond ring hand crafted in Silver and Gold. Circa 1890.

A lovely Blister Pearl measuring width/height 5mm x 10mm.

The grey and white of the Blister Pearl blends beautifully with the silver and is bezel set and floats inside a frame of 10 round beautiful rich red Rubies, total of 0.50 carats, which are all bezel set within an outer frame of 23 sparkling European Cut Diamonds, total of 0.57 carats.

The shoulders are adorned with graceful scrolls and glisten with a further 6 sparkling European cut Diamonds, totaling 0.15 carats .

A Blistered Pearl is a Pearl that has developed attached to the inside of a mollusk's shell.

Pearlescence displays the Pearls' unique beauty a precious water-grown gem, a gift from Mother Nature.

A truly striking and impressive Arts and Crafts original which looks fabulous when worn and sure to be noticed. 

In fantastic condition a lovely Heirloom quality antique, truly a sweet delight.
