Description

Even to this day we refer to it as 'tying the knot', an Edwardian treasure steeped in English history.

This wonderful term might have its roots in any number of myths, whether it was the ancient European ceremony of hand-fasting, in which a bride and groom tied their hands together with a cord to symbolise their engagement or from the custom of tying knots in rope to form the bottom of the marriage bed, history is fraught with possibilities.

A very romantic concept that was no doubt the basis for the traditional English knot ring.

This wonderful and very crisp love knot ring was finely handcrafted in rich, luxurious 18 carat Gold and is set with 2 lively spring green Emeralds within a starburst design.

Taking center stage is a sparkling 0.15 carat old mine cut Diamond.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.
