Description

Beautiful Circa 1920s Emerald and Diamond ring set in a bypass style crafted in 18 carat yellow Gold and Platinum setting, adding a splash of colour to any outfit.

A bright lively crystal clear green round cut Emerald takes center stage and is flanked by 2 round brilliant cut sparkling Diamonds, weighing 0.20 carats.

The Emerald is an incredible colour and is and very clean of very good clarity.

These wonderful gemstones are set in a secure classic prong Platinum split graceful swirl design with mille grain beading detail.

Leading to an 18 carat yellow Gold band.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

To the reverse the Emerald and Diamonds are set in open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through for that extra sparkle.

The Emerald is the sacred stone of the godess Venus, it was thought to preserve love.

This ring is British in origin and dates to around the 1920s.

In excellent condition.

The versatile design of this ring means it could be worn on any finger, ideal as an unusual engagement ring or a colourful dress ring, thus could be purchased as a token of love, friendship or a treat for yourself.
