Taking center stage in this starburst design is a wonderful bright white sparkling old mine hand cut Diamond.

The beautiful bright white Diamond is full of fire and life.

Dating from the mid 1800’s through the 1900’s, old mine hand cut Diamonds are most often found in Georgian and Victorian jewelry.

Primarily hand cut with the aid of early machines, they are a favorite stone for those who love stones with deeply individual character, as each stone is hand cut and uniquely beautiful.

finely handcrafted in lush 18 carat yellow Gold with a smoothed familiar patina this old paneled band has an unusually lovely design of square panels and scroll detailing to the shoulders leading to a plain band.

The ring was made in Birmingham, England in 1892 and has a fabulous hallmark.

The ring sits low and gently curves over the finger.

The ring is in excellent condition for a piece of antique jewellery of 100+ years old, with minor signs of wear commensurate with age and use.

Rings of this type are highly collectable and are sought after worldwide.
