Description

A rare classic Georgian ring set with a round Burmese Ruby flanked by four old mine cut Diamonds. It was made circa 1780-1800 and completely original.

Boosting a 0.25 point deep rich red Burmese Ruby to the center flanked by four old mine cut sparkling Diamonds, total weight of 0.60 points.

Quality: H-I Colour, Clarity VS2

The Diamonds sparkle and glisten continuously captivating the allure of natures beauty.

The stones are well matched and in excellant condition! They are closed back.

Finely handcrafted in 18 carat yellow Gold with trumpet detailing to the shoulders leading to a plain band shank.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

These rings were sometimes worn over gloves which may explain the finger size.

This is a very elegant piece of jewellery . It is simply a gorgeous piece of Jewellery which you just have to hold and touch and move around in your hands to really know what a fabulous piece this is.
