Description

Each drop boosts nine prong set old rose cut Diamonds forming a flower or daisy shape which creates this lovely Diamond cluster daisy drop.

Suspended by a Fleur-de-lys design set with a further two old rose cut Diamonds for that added extra sparkle!

The stones resemble the petals of a rose by trying to imitate the narrowing spiral of the petals, hence the name rose cut Diamond.

They are flat at the bottom and creating a larger surface area for the stone's brilliance which displays a wonderful shimmer and glint from every angle during the day through to evening.

During the early Georgian period, Diamonds were the most desirable stone.

Finely detailed and crafted with care, lever back ear fittings complete the set.

Artfully hand crafted in 18 carat yellow Gold during Georgian period.

Locating jewellery from this period is very difficult because Georgian Period jeweller's often melted down what they thought to be out-of-date pieces to be remade into newer pieces reflecting current trends.

In superb condition commensurate to use and age.

This is an extremely valuable heritage piece, of the highest investment.
