Description

A truly gorgeous Aquamarine and seed Pearl pendant, Circa 1890, signed with the letter "G".

The circular pendant of horizontal lattice design, mounted with six teardrop sky blue Aquamarines, with three natural seed Pearl accents the design of which was typical of the Art Nouveau era.

The pendant depicts two clovers.

While trying to convert the Irish into Christians, St. Patrick used the clover flower to explain the holy trinity with each leaf representing the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The three leaves of a clover are also said to stand for faith, hope and love. A fourth leaf is where we get the luck from.

Finely handcrafted in 18 carat Gold.

The overall finish of the pendant is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.

In excellent condition, with the original stones and no repairs.
