A very pretty Sapphire and Diamond trilogy ring, Circa 1920's.

Featuring a fabulous rich deep royal blue princess cut Sapphire, flanked by two old cut Diamonds, total weight of 0.30 carats.

Quality: H Colour Clarity: VS1

An old mine cut diamond evokes the past, when Diamonds were measured by eye and cut by hand, so this historic Diamond cut is a great choice if you’re looking for an engagement ring with antique or vintage qualities.

Due to the shape of the rough and because the Diamonds were hand crafted, dimensions varied from stone to stone.

This made every old mine cut Diamond unique, or put poetically, have its own personality.

It was said that the Greeks believed Diamonds were tears of the gods. Romans believed they were splinters of fallen stars.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.
