Description

This wonderful and outstanding moonstone ring from the Edwardian era, Circa 1910 is absolutely exquisite!

The ring has an elongated shape which features a large oval shaped cabochon Moonstone in the center.

The Moonstone, which weighs approximately 2 carats, is bezel set, and has wonderful translucent blue colour and vibrant flashes that catch beautifully in the light.

Flanked by two old mined hand cut bezel set sparkling Diamonds within a chevron design.

The very fine and tasteful mounting has been finely handcrafted in 18 carat Gold with trumpet detailing to the shoulders leading to a plain band shank.

Has a fantastic Chester Hallmark.

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

The most amazing and practical low setting with a smooth surface that won't catch.

Excellent condition with very little minor surface wear consistent with age and use.
