Description

This is a stunning Edwardian Gold heart locket with lovely hand engraved Forget-me-not Flowers and Ivy Leaves.

The locket opens to reveal two spaces for photo mementos.

This locket opens on the left and closes securely.

There was much symbolism contained within lockets of this era.

The Forget-me-not Flower that is on the front of the locket symbolises remembrance and true love.

The Ivy Leaf surrounds which symbolises, fidelity, faithfulness, undying affection and marriage....

This Edwardian antique item is in superb condition with no dents etc. it is very clean and in good working order ready to wear.

An exceptional Edwardian beauty in every aspect, dates Circa 1910.
