On offer is a beautiful and rare Edwardian 15 carat Gold Spider Brooch set with two rich deep red Rubies, for the eyes, old mined sparkling Diamond, total weigh of 0.40 carats and a natural Opal, displaying a myriad of colours, from Lightening Ridge, for the body. 

The Opal displays sheer intensity which vibrates with colours of neon green, clouds of lavender, and waves of electric blue all playing tag with an area of hot orange red throughout the stone.

The attention to detail is an example of fine artistry from a bygone era. 

The overall combination is very pleasing indeed, this truly is a piece for the lady with discerning taste.

The unusual subject matter of a spider is attached to the Gold bar with a security fine linked chain and safety pin. The pin mechanism is in full working order and original.

The approximate dimensions of this brooch are width/height 20mm x 10mm. 

The brooch weighs approximately 4 grams.
