An extraordinary and wonderful Memento Mori ring featuring a Silver Skull with the all seeing Diamond Eyes housed behind a glass cover within a frame of seed Pearls.

This type of ring only comes around in our dreams!

The skull exudes great personality the eye sockets and nasal cavity are set with three old mined hand cut sparkling Diamonds.

Dating from the mid 1800's through the 1900's, old mine hand cut Diamonds are most often found in Georgian and Victorian jewellery.

Primarily hand cut with the aid of early machines, they are a favorite stone for those who love stones with deeply individual character, as each stone is hand cut and uniquely beautiful.

Set in an ornate frame of sixteen natural milky white seed Pearls and a recess of a rope work frame, leading to Black Enamel handcrafted detailed shoulders.

To the reverse of the ring there is a hand engraving and reads "J. M. O. Owen Jones Died June 29 1892".

The ring is handcrafted in 18 carat Gold.

The overall finish of the ring is wonderful. Everything is smooth to the touch.  

The shank is substantial, yet extremely comfortable to wear.

The ring sits low and gently curves over the finger.
