Description

A fabulous fine quality Edwardian Antique Diamond five stone ring, steeped in English history, Circa: 1900s.

Horizontally set with a graduated row of five round old cut sparkling Diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.50 carats.

The Diamonds are very well matched and of excellent colour.

Quality: G-H Colour SI2 Clarity

Beautiful bright white Diamonds are full of fire and life.

An old mine cut Diamond evokes the past, when Diamonds were measured by eye and cut by hand.

Due to the shape of the rough and because the Diamonds were hand crafted, dimensions varied from stone to stone.

This made every old mine cut diamond unique, or put poetically, have its own personality.

These rare Diamonds are beautifully set to a scrolling carved half hoop with intricate piercing and backholing, conforming to the finger with engraving to the shoulders, tapering down to a solid D-shape shank.
